The ultimate BT-92 Bonded Polyester indoor/outdoor thread. Color thread comes in 4oz spools 1,035 yards and the clear thread comes in spools 1,700 yards long. WHITE and Black 16oz spools (4140 Yards) now available.
Flexa Marine Thread is 100% Bonded polyester. No what makes this Marine Thread better than other threads? Our polyester thread is one of the best options for outdoor use ,as it has excellent resistance to UV rays, resists moisture absorption, mold/mildew resistance and is ideal for any outdoor application. It works great with marine vinyl, canvas and our flooring. It’s great for boat seats, outdoor furniture, awnings and any other indoor and outdoor use. It has excellent resistance to acids and other chemicals. It sews amazing with less puckering, creating a better sewing experience. People often ask us why should I use a bonded thread? It resists abrasion from needles and other external forces making it run through the machine cleaner.
Note: Thread color is not a exact vinyl match. We have selected thread pairings that match nicely with our vinyl products. Thread naming conventions from the website may not match on the thread cone you receive.

How do I sew Marine Vinyl?
Make sure to adjust the tension properly.
Use double sided tape instead of pins.
Make sure you space the holes out. Holes that are too close together can cause the material to tear easily
